Eureka scrubber-dryers are world famous for leaving floors dry on the very first pass.

Quality drying is also essential for safety, for achieving effective hygiene at the end of the job and for ensuring lasting cleanliness.

For all these reasons, the drying system on all Eureka industrial scrubber-dryers is being continuously improved by Eureka’s own R&D department.

Our top priority is to ensure perfect drying and immediately walkable floors, wherever a scrubber-dryer is used.

TO ACHIEVE THIS MOST EFFICIENTLY, EUREKA TAKES THE GREATEST CARE TO:

  • select powerful and reliable vacuum motors that are correctly dimensioned for each machine;
  • design parabolic, oscillating squeegees that ensure all cleaning solution is removed from the floor;
  • choose high-performance, durable squeegee blades that can be reused on all four edges.

In recent years Eureka has introduced continuous improvements in these areas.

FOR EXAMPLE, THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN SQUEEGEE DESIGN ARE:

  • 3BLADE technology for perfect drying on tiled floors with wide grout lines
  • Swinguard protective guards for an optimal squeegee action around corners and obstacles.  
     

For perfect results, scrubber-dryer drying blades also have to be carefully designed. These blades form the point of contact between the machine and the floor, and must guarantee constant results despite being subjected to significant and continuous physical and chemical stress.

Eureka’s standard drying system uses red Linatex blades – the maximum that can be obtained from a general-purpose blade to date.

To clean floors soiled with oil or grease, milk, dairy products or cooking fats, Eureka proposes OLIRES, a solution that has been specially developed for this purpose, and is now finally available for use.

With OLIRES drying blades, Eureka has pushed the limits of efficiency and safety another step forward.
