MultiBristle

Eureka installs MultiBristle cylindrical main brushes on all its sweepers. These brushes are specially designed to maximise the collection of all dirt, from fine dust to heavier debris.

Rows of mixed-diameter polypropylene bristles are arranged along the cylindrical brush, because different types of dirt are removed more effectively by bristles of different diameter (depending mainly on weight and particle size).

If you use conventional brushes with just one bristle diameter, you need different brushes to cope with the wide range of cleaning applications that you can easily encounter in the working environment. This means you need to purchase an entire set of brushes, find dedicated storage space for them, and consider the impact of frequent brush changes on the total cost of cleaning. With mono-bristle brushes, cleaning quality is far from optimal: if all the bristles are soft, the collection of heavy debris is penalised; if all the bristles are hard, the collection of fine dust is less effective.

Or you can choose Eureka MultiBristle, with mixed bristles of different diameters arranged in alternating rows on a single brush. In this way, your sweeper is always ready to tackle different jobs, and can collect dust and debris of all weights and sizes in just one pass.

In addition, for even greater effectiveness, the arrangement of bristle rows on Eureka brushes follows a chevron-shaped pattern that directs dirt towards the centre of the brush, throwing it into the debris hopper and stopping it escaping to the sides.

Finally, a special wear gauge monitors brush wear and tells you clearly when the brush needs replacement.
