Why is a scrubber dryer useful in the gym?

Is it possible to use a scrubber dryer on gym flooring?
It’s possible to achieve excellent results when cleaning nonslip and shockproof flooring.
The combination of the chemical action of the detergent, the abrasive action of the floor pads, and the suction created by the drying group, guarantee results which are incomparable with cleaning methods based on, for example, the use of a mop and bucket.
The shock absorbing floors used in gyms are usually always made of rubber and are extremely porous. The risk with traditional cleaning methods is not being able to clean deeply enough, or on the contrary, that excessive water and detergent is applied to the floor which is then absorbed and can’t be easily dried. In both cases the quality of cleaning and safety is compromised.
With a professional scrubber dryer, it’s possible to use the correct amount of cleaning solution. This combined with a specific brush, which is selected according to the correct bristle rigidity required for the material being treated, guarantees optimal cleaning because shortly after the solution is applied to the floor the drying system ensures all the water is recovered.
The same scrubber used to clean these rubber mats, can also be used to quickly carry out cleaning in changing rooms, intermediary rooms and, when necessary, the sanitization of the floors under the layer of matting.
Nearly all scrubber dryers, at least Eureka’s scrubber dryers, are powered by rechargeable batteries, which is an advantage when compared to floor cleaning equipment with a cable; allowing the operator to move quickly and without restrictions even in extremely congested environments such as the weight room or where other equipment is present.
If used daily a floor scrubber can furthermore be used in normal conditions without needing to first pass with a vacuum cleaner.
What is the brush pressure control kit for rubber flooring? What is it for?
Thanks to this unique optional kit, the E50 scrubber dryer, which is already ideal for gym use and any anti-shock sports flooring, is even easier and safer to use.
A dedicated control board accurately identifies the correct brush pressure to apply to the ground. This is fundamental when working with these semi rigid floor types, to enhance both maneuverability and ease of use. The control board is fitted with colored LED indicators to instantly check the correct brush pressure.
In addition to enhanced maneuverability, the Brush Pressure Kit improves bristle consumption and battery life, protects the machine’s motor from excessive stress and respects the properties of the material used in the flooring.
